| 2017-07-13 17:05:54 I called Sky there and they said that 817 650 526 is a multiroom card and 817 432 339 is the primary card. They state that when the reorder was taking place multiroom was requested by whoever called Sky that day and a 12 month contract was agreed to. We can't use this account. Have informed Tom Dempsey. |
| 2017-07-13 16:31:31 Turns out the Satclick dtails given to us by Tom aren't for view card 817 650 526, they're for viewing card 817 432 339 which we don't have so this account is useless. Have asked Tom for the correct details. |
