| 2016-04-18 15:07:56 When I checked on 15/4/16 Sky told me the account was active. Today they say it's been cancelled with early termination fees of £166.96 and an OB of £2.44? There are no notes below to say it was reordered? I have reinstated the account, had the £166.96 written off but had to pay the £2.44 with CB card 5448. Also got 35% off for 12m. Reordered the card. They couldn't reactivate after all that. I need to call back tomorrow to check it's gone through. |
