Here is an email sent from them. We've passed your debt of £211.30 to a collection agency. We've sent you several reminders but you still haven't paid us what you owe. So we've now passed your debt to Collect Direct UK Ltd, an authorised debt collection agency, to get in touch with you about paying it off.
