| 2012-08-16 09:58:26 I spoke to sky and they said to do this procedure, if it doesnt work they said a new viewing card is needed. Switch off power at mains socket or remove plug, make sure no lights on the box. Switch off box power supply or remove plug at mains socket. Check no lights display on box or connected equipment. Locate Sky Viewing Card slot. Remove viewing card, check for damage, particularly to gold chip. Once viewing card removed, switch box back on. Standby light displays. Allow the box to be in stand mode for 3 to 4 minutes. ... Now press Sky button and Green light displays. Reinsert viewing card with arrow on card facing up and pointing inwards Press TV Guide and Select ?All channels" Now check if you are able to watch your channels Please let us know if this does not work, Charlotte |
