2013-04-13 07:44:04     Hi, I got an email from sky on 01/04/2013 to say they have refunded your account for the sum of £27.27. At this point i am being told by their accounts department that they will not refund anymore as they see no record that the account was cancelled in September 2012. I have send them a copy confirmation of the conversation with one of the sky advisors the the account was cancelled. I don't know if they are just staling with this refund , as i cannot see how they can deny this when the conversation was done via online chat and we have proof. I have had no email reply to my last email to them 6 days ago. I have send another one this morning. I will be in touch with you again when i get a reply from sky. Regards, Carol

I had no viewing , i had no response from sky and i have been charged. I expect to be refunded or i will seek legal advice.This is not my fault ,I should not have been charged. I have no idea what investigation you are talking about. I am talking about when i was on live chat on 19/09/2012 at 14.30. This is when i was told i could not cancel my account as basically it was already off due to another investigation. I had no viewing , i wanted to cancel and was told i couldnt and sky continued to collect money every month. Please look at this account again, i am expecting to be refunded for 4 month @ £55.00/month from October 2012 until January 2013. Regards

2013-03-07 10:02:16     Hi, In your email reply you have made no reference to my first email. I was advised by a sky advisor that on 19/09/2012 my sky account was under investigation and i was unable to cancel my subscription. Sky continued to collect monthly fees. I put the card in the bin as i was told it was cancelled. I have been working away (reason for cancelling in the first place) and on my return noticed sky had continued to collect money. I am aware the account is now cancelled as i stopped credit card payments in January. It is not acceptable that you do not address the problem here , please look at your records and see the conversation with nysely and a sky advisor on 19/09/2012. I am due a full refund. 2013-03-05 20:23:37     MY REPLY TO THEM Hi, I have no idea what your answer is explaining to me. Are you saying i am not getting a refund or i am ? you have not made this very clear. I have been charged £220.00 through no fault of my own and i expect this to be refunded in full , it is not good enough to tell me that you will not take any further payments , i have cancelled the credit card that was attached to this account so i know you will not take any other payments.This has not been done as a good jesture from you. Payment details as far as she could see had been removed. I have looked at this account and your customer has been charged. I will now call sky and ask for a full refund.
