2012-02-17 18:56:52 Hi, We like to provide an uninterrupted service to you and to your customers, however there is no guarantee with cards used abroad and we never get any explanation from sky as to when and why this happens, all i do know is that all suppliers have this problem and i have spoken to several of them today who also have had cards go down.This happens every now and then which we have no control over.We can replace the card for you at no cost as you pay a yearly fee. I can only apologise for this and get viewing restored as soon as possible. Regards, Carol

2012-02-17 18:56:31 Hi, Is there something we can do about these cards being switched on/off all the time as we?re highly dependent on the functionality of these cards. As You can see from the email below then according to Yourselves this cards shouldn?t expire before July 2012. Is the issue that Sky is switching off these subscriptions (which You?re providing to us) without any warnings? If that is the case then we should find a possible solution to this (not replacing cards constantly which costs us min. 2 weeks downtime for the card). If there?s not much You can do about it then I?m afraid we will have to order new Sky subscriptions from other providers as this is starting to become a frequent issue for us. Thanks REIO VIIDING
