| 2012-06-22 17:15:04 basically when we tried to pair this card for tom anderson they said we had the wrong card and had to wait for the replacement being sent, so we got the replacement and iv just tried to pair it for cheif ayeila and they are saying no the card we need to use is the previous card 314 707 654, i told them what sky had previously told me and they said there was no way of this being sorted out at the moment and that they would take this to the software department and get it rectified, need to call back up on wednesday to see if this has been fixed |
