| 2012-11-08 14:26:35 Hello, We have tried to cancel your sky account however your account is still in contract with HD because you upgraded in April therefore we cannot cancel with 31 days notice. We will have to reorder your card and sell it to another client, this means you will lose viewing immediately. There will be one last payment on the 16th and then the new client will pay from then.
