| 2011-12-10 11:46:06 Hi Phil, Further to our telephone conversation today I have now reactivated your Sky account. Sky have been having problems with their payment system recently and have been undercharging you by approximately £26 a month for the last 6 months. So the outstanding balance including the last missed payment was £192.75. I had a problem getting their system to accept your credit card for the payment shortfalls but it would accept the last missed payment of £36.75. So I tried making the payment with my credit card for the £156 payment shortfall and it went through. So I took the £156 on our credit card machine plus the annual fee of £100 which was due. So the total debited from your card today is £292.75 and that is you up to date with Sky and up to date with us for another year. Your next bill is as follows; this bill is covering you from 10.12.2011 to 12.12.2011, the from 13.12.2011 to 12.01.2012 (Current Period), then from 13.01.2012 to 12.02.2012 (A month ahead), and the total of this bill will be £133.33 (only for this month).and the future bills will be as normal that is £63.25 per month, until and unless you making any changes to your account. |
