| 2014-05-19 10:05:00 This is a customer of eddies who has a card at own address, i managed to find the satclick but last note is 2009 and card number is under an old card number 260 091 806, this is because she has always dealt directly with eddie and not ourselves. She removed her cc from the account as she didn't have bbc and itv anymore, now her mum who lives at the address the card is registered at is getting letters from debt collectors and her mum is elderly and has recently lost her husband and its freaking her out. Eddie sent her to us to sort it, i explained the £35 admin fee if we were to fix it, but i wasn't sure how to go about it as we don't have any up to date info. She has asked for us to give her a call back, Carol can you call her? |
