| 2013-11-12 16:19:06 Hi, Sky have switched off your card as it has been identified as viewing abroad, we have no idea how they have found this out and we have had many of our own cards switched off too. You have two options for a replacement card: 1. We can order a card for you at your sons address. We will use 10B. This will be a £35 admin fee. Also £35 admin fee in future if you should ever have something needing done on your account or your card is switched off again. 2. We give you one of our cards which will be £100 per year annual fee, for this fee we supply you with a card and replace i for free if we ever have o. We change any details on the account free of charge ie payment details or package details. We deal with any mail sent to this address.
