| 2011-10-27 14:28:23 customer queried lasr years host as he said they r no longer using the sky. jamie replied - This account is still active and has not been cancelled down . Now we charge a £35 admin fee to cancel and Sky need 31 days notice. Please advise as account was active that would be why we have taken host fee. we never got a responce??? cant get into my sky at this time to see if acc is still active. |
