| 2012-01-13 09:24:50 old client has asked for refund for 2 payments made in Nov and Dec when the card was reordered but payment details not changed. The card reorder was done without his knowledge so he has got another card from somewhere else. Replacement card has gone to Tom Dempsey but hasn't been activated yet. I advised client to do a chargeback on CC to get his money back.
