| 2011-09-29 09:08:05 I am unable to access mysky for payment details , i tried to make up a new mysky as there are no notes that one exists , however there must be one and no one has written down information, i cant see that the new customers c/c details have been added and old customer is still paying for card ! customer of Patriques , Chris will contact new customer for card details to add to sky and refund old customer, i will contact Patrique once this has all been sorted. | 2011-09-29 09:03:29 Hi Patrique, Sorry for the delay in reply , sky system has been down and i am unable to check account details, i will keep trying and get back to you as soon as possible. In satclick notes this customer changed to his own address 31/07/2008 and then changed to our address 22/07/2009 , host was due May 2011 and we never got payment so card was reordered. It has since been sold and new c/c details added , but with sky being down i can't confirm payment details at the moment. I will email you back as soon as and get this sorted. Regards, Carol |
| 2011-09-29 09:03:10 Hi Carol I wander if you can help me on this one . This clients card was switched off a few months ago by Clearview , perhaps because you couldn't get the payment from his c/c . The viewing card no is 404 395 337 . Since the card has been switched off however , Sky have been taking payments of £19:50 on the 12th of every from his bank account in Jersey from the direct debit he set up . I gather from the client that the card is also registered at his address , which is 9 Burnbrae , Inverness , IV2 5RH , so I don't understand why the card was switched off .
